Mandatory coterm selection for Microsoft subscriptions

This improvement updates the Microsoft checkout flow by making Coterm selection mandatory. Previously, the option to coterm in the Additional information dialog defaulted to Do not coterm, leading to renewal discrepancies. With this change, users must explicitly choose a Coterm option before proceeding, thereby preventing unwanted creation of renewal dates.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
